Fabric Sourcing & Production Planning

Fabric sourcing is organized by the company. Accessories such as snaps, elastics, and rib components are supplied according to production requirements. Production planning is conducted on a weekly basis. Lead times are evaluated based on product type and order structure, and are clearly communicated together with pricing details.

Production Organization

Production processes are planned and coordinated under company supervision. The operational structure allows simultaneous management of multiple models and seasonal collections. Production flow is organized according to product type, order volume, and delivery schedule.

Quality Control

Quality Control

Technical inspections are applied during the production process. Final quality control is conducted under company supervision before shipment. Measurements, stitching, accessories, and overall compliance are checked prior to dispatch. In the rare case of non-conforming products, corrective actions are applied.

Brand-based labeling and barcode applications are provided. Mixed-model carton shipments are available. Domestic and international shipping arrangements are organized accordingly.
